Body skin - By Sissylove85

Hi everybody!
Today I'm gonna talk to you about body skin.

It requires the same care of facial skin (Face skin), but even if it is larger than you won't need all day long! During the year the body skin is much less exposed than the face skin, however, we can distinguish different types of skin, but especially different areas of the body to be treated with specific solutions.
So, first of all, skin types:
- Dry skin: is flaky, full of dead cells and often very delicate.
- Normal skin: is soft, smooth and radiant.
- Oily skin: excess sebum makes it look shiny and greasy to the touch.
Unlike the face, a person doesn't have a single type of skin all over the body, so it's good to know what are the areas that tend to be more dry / sensitive / oily than the other and how to treat them.
Let's see what are the most common areas:

- The feet: we women generally suffer from corns and bunions more than men, and probably the causes are to be found in high heels, nylon hosiery and stand several hours. Anyway, the skin of the feet tends to be dry and hard compared to the rest of the body. The recommended treatments are a nice evening footbath at least a couple of times a week with warm water and starch (rice or corn, both are fine), then if you also have the essential oil of thyme just put in two or three drops, it serves to hold off the bad smell, in addition to being relaxing in a frightening! Every night you should put the moisturizer, but I recommend to do it when you are already in the bad, otherwise your feet will be slippery!

- The shins: people whose lymphatic circulation is not the best (myself included) can have dry skin of the shins. Pay particular attention to this part when you put the cream.

- The B-side: is easier than the skin of the seating is a bit fatter than the rest of the body. In this area you should use an exfoliating glove or at least a sugar scrub and detergent at least three times a week.

- The back: the upper back is often greasy and with pimples, but it's a very delicate part. Here you can use a brush with a long handle a couple of times a week.

- Elbows and knees: these are absolutely the parts of the body that most of us have hardened and wrinkled. Insist here every day in the shower with an exfoliating glove, I want to emphasize that "insist" does not mean tearing the skin! Go past but always gently several times. Finally, before you go to sleep, take a pack of nourishing cream.

- The triceps: muscle behind the arm. In this area, often the skin is dry and has some sort of bubbles that suggest the goosebumps: horror! Even if you want try to go there with sandpaper to remove them, hold back! The skin there is very delicate and not very elastic, so you can deal with an exfoliating glove three times a week.

- The neckline: is a very delicate part of the body, where the skin is very thin, therefore should be treated with delicacy, even if it is sometimes a bit greasy. You can do a peel with flour or baking two or three times a week.

Once given the different zones is good to remember that the skin changes during the year, and then in the spring is at the height of her beauty, tends to sweat a lot in summer, autumn and winter begins to dry and is a real tragedy! Joking aside we must always take into account the season in which we do various treatments.
Although this article is finished, it will follow one on treatments to be done to improve the tone and appearance of the skin of the body, so do not miss it! As always, I hope to be helpful, and ask me anything!
Bye bye everybody and see you soon!
